TowMarX Partners Program — the full picture
Everything you need to understand how the Partners Program works, how your stake grows, and what you can expect over time.
This page is the reference companion to /partners. Where the marketing page answers “why should I care?”, this one answers “exactly how does it work?” — written for operators who are evaluating the program seriously or want to deepen their understanding after signing up.
Every mechanic described here is transparent and verifiable from your dashboard. You can watch your lifetime points, multiplier, streaks, badges, and projected distribution in real time once you're signed up. Nothing is computed behind the scenes that you can't audit.

How points are earned
Points are the core mechanic. They're how your stake is measured and how your share of each quarterly distribution is calculated.
- 1 point per completed job as the base rate — same for every operator.
- Multiplied by your current tenure multiplier at the moment the job completes.
- Permanent — points never expire and can't be revoked once finalized.
- Awarded on job completion, not on booking — cancellations and no-shows don't count.
The multiplier system
Your multiplier grows automatically with your tenure on TowMarX. Every calendar month you're signed up as a partner, your multiplier increases by 0.025x — no activity required. Whether you complete 500 jobs a month or take time off, your tenure clock keeps ticking forward.
- Starts at 1.000x on day one.
- Grows by 0.025x every calendar month since signup — purely time-based.
- Caps at 2.000x after 41 months — the maximum everyone eventually reaches.
- Applies at the moment points are earned, then locks in permanently for those points.
Month 24: complete 100 jobs at 1.575x → 157.5 locked points.
Lifetime total: 257.5 points — the 100 early ones don't magically become 157.5, but all your new points earn at today's higher multiplier.
Streaks
Two streak systems run in parallel — one monthly, one daily. They reward different kinds of consistency and each has its own grace policy.
Monthly streak
- Counts consecutive months with at least 5 completed jobs.
- Rewards sustained activity over time — not just bursts of work.
- One grace month per calendar year protects against a missed month.
- Grace resets every January 1.
- Without grace, a missed month resets the streak to 0 — but your record is preserved.
Daily streak
- Counts consecutive days with at least 1 completed job.
- Builds bigger daily token rewards.
- One grace day per rolling 7-day window.
- Two consecutive missed days break the streak.
What do streaks earn you?
Currently, streaks are primarily a recognition system. Maintaining streaks:
- Unlocks badge milestones at key thresholds (3-month, 6-month, 12-month, and 24-month streak badges).
- Demonstrates consistency that may factor into future partner programs.
- Builds toward the Daily Tokens system (coming soon) — your daily streak will unlock bigger daily token rewards when that system launches.
You've now used your 2026 grace. If you miss another month before January 1, 2027, the streak resets to 0.
Milestones & badges
28 badges across 5 categories recognize different kinds of achievement. Badges unlock automatically the moment you hit each threshold — nothing to claim, nothing to apply for.

This is where the stake pays out. Each quarter, TowMarX funds the partner pool and distributes it to every operator based on their lifetime points.
- Each quarter, TowMarX funds the partner pool.
- Pool size = 5% of revenue + 45% of profit.
- Your share = your lifetime points ÷ total system points.
- Pool launches Q4 2026. Until then, points accumulate and cash distributions haven't started.
If your lifetime points are 1,000 and total system points across all partners are 10,000, your share is 10%.
You'd receive $10,000 that quarter.
Referrals
Refer operators you trust and earn a permanent bonus on their early activity. Your bonus stacks on top of what the referred operator earns — nothing is taken from them.
- Every operator gets a unique referral code after signing up.
- Share your code or personal link with other operators.
- When they sign up and activate, they become your referral.
- Referral must complete 50 jobs before your bonus starts earning.
- You earn 15% additional points on all their activity for their first 24 months.
- These bonus points are additional — the referred operator still earns their full 100%.
- After 24 months the bonus stops, but all bonus points you earned stay permanent.
If they earn 1,000 points in a quarter, you earn 150 bonus points that quarter.
If they earn 5,000 points over their first 24 months, you earn 750 bonus points total — permanently added to your lifetime total.
Daily tokens
The daily tokens system is in development. Here's the shape of it when it ships — this section will be expanded with full details at launch.
- First completed job of each day earns daily tokens.
- Daily streak builds bigger daily rewards — up to 50 tokens per day at 90+ day streaks.
- Tokens convert to platform fee credit at 100 tokens = $1 credit.
- Credit is auto-applied to your next platform bill.
The buyout option
You never have to exit the program. But if circumstances change and you need to convert your stake to cash, the buyout option is how you do it.
- Available after 12 months as a partner.
- Cash out at a multiplier of your current quarterly distribution value:
- – 12–24 months tenure: 4x
- – 24–60 months tenure: 5x
- – 60+ months tenure: 6x
- Annual cap: 10% of TowMarX's trailing 12-month revenue.
- If buyouts exceed the cap in a year, operators queue by the date they requested.
The current quarterly pool is $500,000, total system points are 500,000.
Your quarterly distribution value is $10,000 (2% of pool).
At the 5x multiplier (you're 2+ years in), your buyout value is $50,000.
TowMarX pays this over 1–4 quarters, depending on whether the annual cap is hit that year.
