Why is there a platform fee?
It's our business model — and we think it's a fair one. Instead of charging monthly fees that hit you whether you're busy or slow, we only make money when you complete jobs. Prepaid job credit packs, less with bulk, no contracts, no lock-in.
How do credit packs save me money?
The more jobs you buy in a pack, the bigger your volume discount. Starter is $50 for 20 jobs (base rate), Standard is $100 for 50 jobs (20% off), Pro is $150 for 100 jobs (40% off), and Bulk is $250 for 250 jobs (60% off).
What counts as a completed job?
Any job you accept and complete through TowMarX. Cancelled jobs before completion don't count toward your credits.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?

Do drivers need to download an app?
No. Everything happens over SMS. When you accept a job, your driver gets a text with a link — they tap it, see the job details, and dispatch. No app, no training, no onboarding.
